  • Advised Jiangsu and Shenzhen Funds on their joint investment in a pharmaceutical company (Series D, mainly focusing on R&D of small molecule oncology drugs).
  • Provided year-round legal advisory services to a cultural tourism development fund in Jiangsu Province.
  • Provided legal services including investment negotiation and document preparation to a Hong Kong venture capital fund investing in sci-tech projects in Shanghai.
  • Assisted a planning and design firm in its internal shareholding restructuring and in establishing an employee incentive plan for its employees.
  • Representing a central enterprise to invest in the Sinochem Energy Supply Chain Project with the local government of Ningbo and participating in the due diligence, negotiation, legal document production and other legal services on behalf of the project, which is a key project introduced by the city of Ningbo.
  • Represented a central enterprise in setting up a special fund to invest in a project of China Nuclear Exchange Energy, providing legal services such as reviewing the documents of the special fund and making the text of the agreement.
